Cape City Chauffeurs Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms of Service
Cape City Chauffeurs provides reliable, professional chauffeur services. By booking with us, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Cape City Chauffeurs. Advance booking is recommended to ensure your preferred vehicle and service.
2.2 Rates: Quoted rates include the use of a professional driver, the vehicle, fuel, and standard amenities as outlined on our website. Rates are exclusive of additional fees for overtime or extra mileage beyond the service package.
2.3 Payments: Full payment is required to confirm your booking, except by prior arrangement. We accept secure online payments or EFT. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be charged. No-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
3.2 Changes: Any adjustments to your booking, such as time or location, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval.

4. Additional Charges
4.1 Waiting Time: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Waiting times beyond this will incur additional charges at a rate communicated at the time of booking.
4.2 Extra Mileage & Time: Any kilometres or time exceeding your booked package are charged as per our current rates.
4.3 Damages: Any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will be charged accordingly, covering repairs and any service downtime.

5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Conduct: Clients are expected to act respectfully towards the driver and vehicle. Cape City Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate the service if the client or their guests behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
5.2 Personal Belongings: Cape City Chauffeurs is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Clients should check their belongings before exiting the vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Service Reliability: While we strive for punctual and dependable service, Cape City Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
6.2 No Responsibility for Indirect Loss: Cape City Chauffeurs is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from service delays or cancellations.

7. Use of Personal Data
By booking with Cape City Chauffeurs, clients consent to the collection and secure use of personal data, such as names and contact details, for booking and communication purposes only. For more on data usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. By using our services, clients agree to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

9. Amendments
Cape City Chauffeurs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
